What Our Pet Parents Are Saying

"What a great place for your dog to swim in a safe environment! My Caspa boy had such a great time learning to swim in the life vest and then graduating from it to a free swim, all while being monitored by Erica (she was awesome: friendly, knowledgeable, and patient). They offer blow drys afterwards, which I highly recommend, because your dog will be DRIPPING WET (obviously). A wonderful concept... a pool for dogs... WHAT WILL THEY THINK OF NEXT?!!? 5⭐️"

"Our trainer was so patient with my timid senior dog. As soon as he warmed up to entering the pool, he had a great time chasing toys. We went for a walk in the park afterwards, so he could continue drying off, and I noticed he seemed happier and livelier. Now we just have to work on getting him OFF the ramp and INTO the deeper water. 😄 This first experience was a great start, and I think next time he’ll be ready to swim!"

"My pup loved it! She has always loved to swim but health issues have forced her to slow down and pace herself. I also wanted someone available to assist her if she showed any signs of distress. Her session was the perfect balance for her. I plan to take her for additional sessions as long as she is physically able."

Frequently Asked Questions

We have the answers to the top frequently asked questions about our services. Read here plus learn more about our services.

How does a Club Membership compare to a non-membership?

A: Group Swim costs $20 per visit for non-members during group swim hours, while Paddle Club members can swim once per day for just $50 per month. For Private Swim, non-members pay $47 for each 30-minute session, whereas Paddle Club members pay only $30 per month plus $1 per minute, with unlimited access. Additionally, Paddle Club members receive a 10% discount on products, classes, and parties—non-members do not receive any discounts.

What does "unlimited swim" mean? Can I come as many times as I want in a day and stay as long as I want?

Unlimited swim means that you may swim as many times in a month as you and your dog would like. The requirements set on unlimited swim are purely for the health and safety of your dog(s) and they are as follows:

Each dog may only swim once per day

Each dog may only swim for a maximum of an hour per visit

These limitations were set to make sure that every dog that swims with us does not over-do-it. If you would like to stay for 20 minutes, then we wouldn’t want you to feel as though you aren’t getting your money’s worth.

Most, (even healthy) dogs do not need to swim for an hour. Please watch for signs of your dog telling you he/she is tired. Even dogs that could 'swim all day' need to be told when to stop. We ask that you help your dog to understand this.

What happens if the pool is too busy and my dog won't swim or we can't go in?

Unfortunately, this is the nature of Group Swim time; we never know when the pool will be full. There may be occasional times where you will be asked to wait until others are done swimming. This is rare but can happen during drop-in Group Swim.

What if I use both Private Swim Time and Group Swim? Is there a membership for both?

A: If you purchase a Group Swim Club, you will be eligible for 10% off Private Swim times (reservations required)

What if my dog injures itself in the middle of the membership and is not able to swim, do I have to cancel my membership and pay the cancellation fee?

A: If your dog incurs an injury and cannot swim, please provide a letter from your pet's veterinarian. You may put your membership on hold for a service fee of $8/month. For the term of the injury, the original membership term will not be reduced by the term of the hold. Once reinstated, the membership will continue for the remaining months on the full term.

What if my dog starts to become geriatric, and although she still enjoys swimming, group swim is not the place for her to do so? What are my options?

A: As dogs become geriatric, they can continue to swim in the recreational pool if they are still able to get up and down the ramp. However, it is safest for them to swim during Private Swim time to eliminate the risk of other dogs running into them/pushing them off the ramp, etc. You may adjust your membership to the Private Swim Club of the same duration.

If your dog is unable to get up and down the ramp, or you just don't think it's best for them, you can always switch to Private Assisted swim. In this case, we would continue out the duration of your membership by adding your monthly fee as a credit on your account to be used towards Private Assisted Swims.
